- Free Introductory Lesson:
- We allow all interested people the opportunity to take a free class. The children's and
adult's basic classes are our entry level programs. A new student will take the first 15
minutes of warm-ups and conditioning drills with the class. After this, they will be given
30 minutes of one-on-one instruction by one of our Black Belt Instructors. The trial class
concludes with the student rejoining the class for the last 15 minutes of paddle drills or
cool down stretching.
- Taekwondo Program:
- After the Introductory Lesson you may join under our Monthly Program
or our One Year Program. The student may attend as many classes per
week as they wish, but we strongly recommend no less than two.
After obtaining their Yellow Belt, the student can also
attend the Competition Sparring Classes at no additional cost.
- Hapkido Program:
- Hapkido is offered as a separate program for those
students who are at least 12 years old. The Hapkido
Program is offered as a Monthly Course only.
